About The Artist Lynn Collins grew up spending summers in Belmar and Bay Head. She is now a resident of Avon by the Sea and teaches at La Salle University. Most of the time she uses her artwork to enhance her teaching, professional activities, and web design projects. Since joining the Belmar Arts Council, she has become more involved in doing art for art’s sake. Her primary mediums are photography, drawing, web design, and other forms of digital art. Member of Belmar Arts Council The Belmar Arts Council is a non-profit corporation dedicated to making Belmar a better place to live through the arts. BAC's gallery/workshop, the Boatworks, is located at 608 River Road, Belmar. BAC provides a twelve-month voice for the arts in our community and schools by promoting events of interest for residents and tourists.
